The food they had available was good, but they were out of everything we asked for initially. Pepsi, tortilla shells (for wraps), etc. There less than 10 people in the entire place and we never saw our server. Charged us for stuff we never got but asked for initially including the food we did get and when we asked to have it taken off, they brought back a bill with the writing removed and the same total. We were then given a gift certificate to compensate for the extra charge and it expired tonight. I like bdubs, but not this location. Never again.

Never again. The manager was great. He did his best to help us but even after... Our wings weren't even coated completely in sauce. This location has gone down hill and it is very sad to see.

Food is good but every once in a while they will inexplicably have nobody working there and you'll have to wait literally an hour for your food which just doesn't work on a lunch break. On those days the tablet that monitors how fast your food arrives (15 mins or it's free) magically doesn't work. Management never comes out to apologize, we're never comped for the poor service, pretty typically Buffalo Wild Wings stuff to be honest. After this last time I've just had enough.

Alyson was our waitress! She was very polite and up beat! Thank you. See you soon. My son & i enjoyed our time out in the Clem!

New staff every time I come in here. Got cold wings from carry out last time I ordered. They really need to get it together.
