Awesome food, nice employees,  I think it's a family business.   I heard they travel and get recipes and build on them.  The Gumbo is one of my favorite.  
Everything is homemade...  You will not be disappointed.   
 Dessert i love, love the bread pudding and brownies.... enough to share.  The bread pudding sells out and made fresh.  Too early not ready,  too late all gone.

So good! I can’t believe I’ve never eaten here before! The prices are amazing, the food is even better! The sweet shop inside has mouth watering cookies and all sorts of other goodies. I got the jambalaya and a half sammich. DELICIOUS! I could not say enough good things about this restaurant ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Food is always great. Came at lunch time and we had a relatively large group, but were the only ones there at first; service was quite slow. The daily special is a really good deal and they also give a military discount. The peach cobbler from the Sweet Shoppe was good, but could have had more peaches. Try the Cajun pasta.

I rated five stars because my food was DELICIOUS!! the greens beans were hot and fresh, the ceaser salad was nice and juicy! i'm very picky but i loved it!!

Hidden gem with good food, good atmosphere and great service! I’ve been here three times so far! It’s like being in Louisiana. The sweet tea is perfect! You can’t go wrong with the menu.
