Our waiter Tyler had no enthusiasm, was not friendly, we had to ask for refills.  It seemed as if he was forced to be there rather than wanting to be there.  He didn't ask if we had a rewards number,  I had to tell him I wanted to use my phone number and also redeem some points.  We were here a week ago and had excellent service from Jessica.  She was extremely friend, smiled, we never had to ask for refills she just brought them!  She went above and beyond and made us feel very welcomed.  There were several tables that were not bussed for the entire time we were there.  We were there an hour and a half.   Sad to say but due to the service this evening we probably won't be back for a very long time.

This place has a serious customer service issue from the top down. The management staff are the reason the wait staff don't understand how to take care of their tables better. We've had three waiters disappear throughout the course of our visits here. We had someone running food accidentally dump out our celery and carrots under our table and make no effort to replace them or clean them up. We had to ask for someone to bring us more. 

Probably the worst example of the poor customer service was when we received a fried and seasoned wing with feathers still attached to it. It was disgusting. The waiter and the management staff seemed dumbfounded as to what to do. For next time the right move is comp the meal and give someone incentive to come back.

Not too happy. Salad didn't come with dressing and I didn't have silverware. Their "hot" wing sauce tonight was hotter than mango habanero has ever been. And I go to BWW enough to know, Consistency is everything in a chain this size. The bartender admitted that they are inconsistently hot. He works hard though, and he know what he's doing. Also, the main projector lamp is dying/screwing up the aspect ratio for the big game! ...another thing... Pretty sure they've got the AC cranked up so people at the bar are uncomfortable and leave quicker

So I placed an online order the online order said pick up time of 7:30 ended up leaving at 7:55 minutes before I was gonna ask for my money back due to me only having a 30 min lunch.usually don’t go to Buffalo’s and tonight I was reminded why only reason why I give 2 stars is because come on now wings always make things better!!!! Moral of my post don’t tell me 7:30 and not be ready till 8:00 pretty much some people have a set schedule

Place is hopping.  Wings are hot.  I should have gotten the mild.  Great service the waitress' are pretty there are waiters. My 3rd time here all visits delicious experiences.
