Every employee we came into contact with greeted us, thanked us for coming, or told us to have a nice night, or come back.  I mean every single one.  Jody was our server.  She was the best, but everyone had a great customer service attitude.  The food was excellent.  Kudos all around.

I liked it better before they tried to make it all upscale. The food is still tasty, but you can expect smaller portions... good thing they have lots of breadsticks!

Very great customer service. Food was delicious. Only thing negative about the experience was another familys' toddler screaming at the top of her lungs freely. Literally scared my newborn awake and made her cry. Completely ruined the evening

For the first time in 25+ years, my husband and I were extremely disappointed in the changes Olive Garden has done to their menu and even more so, the service at this location, and from my understanding, everywhere. Marinara was sparsely served with the spaghetti and artichoke dip recipe changed and was really bad. Out waitress was annoyed and could care less about serving us until time to check out at the new convenient pay at the table device. Poor quality and tasting food and service and absolutely no Thankyou for coming in upon leaving. Never will go back...how sad.
