We've been weekly regulars here for quite some time. We've been treated well every visit and if the food ever falls short, it's not by much. Every server we've dealt with has been courteous and friendly and the general manager and other supervisors are clearly geared towards customer satisfaction. And, the new salads are excellent.

Good wings. To-go leaves something to be desired. No parking for to-go orders, which is 90% what I get. Most of the time have to park in the boonies. Often something is forgotten in my order, whether it be my kids chocolate milk, the croutons in my salad, the carrots and celery, etc. Lately the seasoning on my wings is so pitiful that I have to order it “extra wet” (I swear that’s what it’s called) just to get a decent amount of seasoning. Also, each size of wing used to be by number of wings. Now it’s apparently by weight. So you can get 2-4 wings LESS than you used to. Sucks!

The food is not bad and the service is sufficient. The thing that got me the worst was going to the restaurant one day and there was feces on the seat; I'm guessing it was from someone who had previously sat there. Since the seats were dark, I did not notice it until I sat in human feces. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The employees did nothing about it other than wipe the seat, AFTER the ordeal. This was one of, if not  the worst experience I have ever had at a BWW or any other restaurant. I hope they have learned from this situation, but I doubt it. Overall, the restaurant is okay, I highly doubt that is something they encounter on a regular basis, but it was something that made be want to stay away for a while.

I was less than impressed.  Service was poor.  Very nice people just slow and forgetful.  Food I ordered wasn't very good.
