Maybe I got lucky looking at the reviews but for me Service was excellent, our waitress Kayla was awesome! Super attentive and polite she recommended the steak quesadillas and those were DELICIOUS!! She also recommended fried pickles my first time trying them and now I love them. Waited for about 15 minutes for our food  it was very hot and she always made sure that we had refills as soon as we got low. Me and my wife had an excellent experience! We will be back!

Great location, next to the Portage movie theater. Great food especially the Asian Zing wings.  Variety of sports showing on different screens. Great service, the staff is very friendly and accommodating

Food is good 1/2 price Tuesdays. Here is why only 2 stars... I started out with 5 but then I thought about everytime I go there the music is so loud I go home with a sore throat from having to scream over it to be heard. Then I thought about how long it takes to get your food. I mean we only go on Tuesdays they know most people will come for the 1/2 price wings so why does it take at least 30inites to get wings? Lastly I took another star off because the wait staff I'd hit or miss. They bring the drinks with their hands all over the rim of the glass. If you pay attention when they clean the tables after a customer leaves they wipe the chair first, then they wipe the table tops. So how clean is that cloth they PO it on the tables? Also when you ask for things many of them forget to bring it. A new fork because mine fell on the floor. A refill on a drink. More dipping sauce for wings. A container to take leftovers. A lid for said sauce. A bag to put stuff in. I mean we're a family of six. We always order too much so we always have food to take home. Why should we have to be the ones to ask for kids, containers, and a bag????

After saying all that, we will still go back. But we go back with. Low expectations on service and ambience.

Server Alex was awesome. He was patient with my children and all th questions they had for him. Food was great, and service was awesome. I wish he taught more people to serve like him. He made a cold day kinda warm.

Takes a long time to get your food. Ordered extra onions on my burger and I got 1 ring of onion. When I asked again for extra onion I got 2 more rings! Really!!?? If you like onions this is not the place for you.
