I went in on sunday to catch the Warriors game. First, there were available tables everywhere. (Not full at all). I sat at a table and waited and waited. I could not even get a waitress to serve me anything. That place used to be very reliable. Just check out their recent reviews. Not sure ill go back. At least i know ill get the exact same great service at Hacienda.

This place used to be one of my favorites for lunch. A lot has changed in six months since I visit them last. Service was incredibly in attentive and slow. Food is always pretty decent here but the salad I ordered came out wrong and we waited over a half an hour for a new salad and then almost a half an hour for the bill when we were ready to leave.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the restaurant embodiment of attention deficit disorder.

You are seated in a room with a bazillion television sets, all set to different sports. Other patrons are hollering over each other, forcing you to holler across a table at your dinner guest.

They usually get your drink order pretty fast but you wait quite a bit from there. I get anxiety every time I go there, wondering if the waiter/waitress is going to be able to hear my order over the noise. And then I get to sit in that anxious state for the next hour while my food is prepared. 

My guess is that they have live cows and chickens in the kitchen that they first have to catch and slaughter... that's why the food takes so long. ;)

Since the atmosphere does nothing for me, my husband and I have also tried ordering food to-go. You set a time to come pick it up, and they start cooking it when you get there. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be done, but more than once we have ordered ahead only to sit and wait 45 minutes for our order.

Atmosphere was welcoming. Service was great. Food not so. Everyone at the table agreed that the meals were not the freshest and felt stale. However, the friendly staff were there to assist and serve.

Love this place! The Scorpion IPA beer was top flight. Great Salad and plenty of Sports on the big screens
