This is my favorite place to eat, hands down. The food itself is wonderful and the people that work here are just as lovely! I have such a positive experience every time I come to this location. It is 45 minutes from my current house and it's worth the drive, every time. The toppings are always fresh and no matter how busy they are, it never takes too long to get my food. I've eaten here 30+ times, at least, and have never been dissatisfied.

This used to be the place to go, now inconsistent is the norm. I understand the labor market is tight, but certain minimal standards should be normal, clean dining areas, clean bathrooms, beverage counter clean and not sticky, food preparation areas neat and tidy. The Brand itself is not the issue, it's the end product and experience that matters. As far as late night goes, I stopped going here after midnight on weekends because late night patrons seem very edgy and the establishment provides no security. If you chase the drunken dollar, you should maintain safety for your customers and staff. On one occasion, I arrived for lunch and the place was closed because of a fight the night before. This review spans a long period of time, about 2 years. There have been numerous management changes, and yet one must ask is the proper level of management being changed? Such a shame, because at one time the local management there operated as if they actually owned the business. about 6 mos after that change, the Health department shut the establishment down. How the events leading up to the closure escape oversight by the upper management? The current manager is trying hard, and hope she does well, unfortunately, the talent pool of workers is low

Great price great food. The manager could be nore friendly and on top of her employees. The food and prove though amazing good place for family or single dinner. Such an innovation in the pizza business. Did notice that the manager on the shift was overwhelmed or having a bad day. Restroom was without toilet paper and lady manager was a bit snippy but other than that great experience.

Every time I come here, I always get the best service and the most perfect pizza when the staff Kenny and Hill are working. They are both also Very polite and respectful!! They make the sometimes long wait worth it and are the ones that keep me coming back!! (Aside from making my pizza so great!)

It took me 40 minutes to get one burned pizza. I received a free pizza coupon in the mail after this store was shut down for health violations . I went on Saturday night 1/13/18. There were about ten guests in front of me, I arrived at 8:10. I watched as one employee took several trips to the back to check her phone, while one guy tried to do all the dough and making the pizza’s. The one that looked like a manager was manning the oven. I saw them screw up 3 orders in front of me. Once I finally had my pizza made it went into the oven. the girl that was messing around, was complaining she didn’t want to be there. At this time she was working the register. She told the manger she needed change. so the manager asked her to watch the oven. I watched as my pizza sat in the oven burning. The manager came back and stated, I asked you to watch the oven. She offered to give me a free pizza because mine was burned. I explained I had been waiting 30 minutes already and this was a terrible experience. She gave me a free drink and free pizza coupon I can use for another burned pizza. Its now 9:00 pm and I have to find something else to eat. Just terrible. I managed a national fast casual Chinese franchise for 4 years, was a sous chef, baker, cook for 9 additional years. I can honestly say this is the worst dining experience in my life. I will be taking the time to transfer this review to every site I can to discourage others from going through the same miserable experience. This store should have never re-opened. Next time I'll order from one of the chain restaurants and pick it up in 20 minutes.
