I’ve been to this location on several occasions, and I’ve not experienced slow speed, poor service, or bad food. I’m not sure what happened to the people with negative reviews on here....but that’s not my experience. I will note I always dine-in, so I can’t speak to their To-Go offerings.

Every time I’ve gone, I get the Buffalitos (highly recommend) with fries. The buffalitos are delicious and the fries are always crisp, salty, and fresh! 

They also have a beer of the month special you can get any day—it varies but it’s usually a tall draft. (~$3-$4).

Regarding Google’s busy indicator—I’ve found it flags this place as having a long wait at times when there is no wait, so keep that in mind especially in the evenings.

First and last time eating here. Loud and echoey. To much sauce on wings. No napkins on table. Ordered pretzel with cheese sauce ( nacho cheese - yuck!) and two orders of wings. Wing orders came out out 5 minutes apart and had to remind server about the pretzel which we received after we received the bill. Want good wings with chunky blue cheese, Go to Brus room!

The service at this restaurant was the absolute worst!!!  The hostess was rude and obnoxious, the server messed up the order three times and we were overcharged.  But where was the manager?  She kept disappearing into the kitchen as well as the entire staff!!  They were so loud, all 10 patrons who were in the restaurant could hear their laughter and talking while they were in the kitchen.  We could even hear them cursing!  DON'T GO to this restaurant, save yourself the aggravation!!!  The only upside is the food is good.

This place is trash. I was given an order time of 9:20 pm. I had to sit and wait an additional 30 minutes for an order that wasn’t even correct. I asked for 20 lemon pepper wings fried hard all flats. I received majority drums and maybe 5 of the 20 wings had lemon pepper seasoning on them. The wings were soft and disgusting. The wings weren’t even worth the amount that I paid for them. That’s what happens when you pay for convenience. If you want good wings go to Brus Room, NOT this place!

The Service Was Great I had Alyssa As My service and even tho it was a slow day she gave me all the attention in the world that i needed the male manager  was a great. Even the Takeout Person gave me everything i ask for when he brought the food out at me. the only issue was the female manager was in a rush when i tried to get her attention she never came but the male manger came instead.
