I hesitated for the longest time because of all the bad reviews on here, but I finally gave in and tried this location. It was fairly late at night, and I asked the gentleman working the counter what he had that was hot and ready that I could take home right then. I was impressed with the selection—I ended up taking the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni with Stuffed Crust—and it was pretty good. No wait whatsoever, service was fine. So—I can’t say anything for those who ordered things and didn’t get their stuff handled well, but if you’re in a hurry and just want to pickup a pizza without the wait—it seems they’re bound to have something to suit your craving. From my experience, I didn’t find any reason not to recommend this location. Pizza Pizza!!

Horrible manager named Adriana. Didn't want to provide her name. She spoke no English and needed staff to translate what customers ask her. How can a manager not speak any English and behave this rude? I luckily spoke spanish so I spoke to her but as soon as I asked her name she suddenly spoke neither language and ignored me. She told me she wouldn't provide me with her name. Long wait time even after you call to order in advance. Lady before me had same issues and this same manager basically mocked her by laughing at her after customer asked why there were no pizzas ready at all. This happens way too much in this location. Just horrible management and disorganized. Love Caesars but this location is just horrible.  Corporate needs to really do something about this manager. They are going to loose customers with her.

Employee” Djazline “made my visit so special, she asked about how was my day ,she was very helpful ,I didn’t have to wait for too long I waited only 2 minutes .she was very quick ,she was doing the front and the back at the same time why?MaNager Need more employee like Her .

Completely disorganized. Waited 40minutes from entering to receiving my pizza and crazy bread. Staff was apologetic, but not very quick to remedy the situation.  I would have left but I felt committed, thinking it couldn't possibly take much longer.  Pizza and crazy bread was tasty, though. I don't think I'll be going back to that location any time soon.

Their slogan "Hot n Ready" means absolutely nothing to them. I have consecutively had to wait more than 10 minutes for a Lunch Combo pizza.Today I went in for a lunch combo surprisingly it was ready, I did ask for napkins only to have the manager walk away from me and walk in the back...so no napkins. When I got home I received another suprise...I did not have a Lunch Combo PIZZA, what I did have was a dry Cheese Bread. At this point I was definitely not in the mood to drive back so I settled. When I called to complain I was told by some emplyee that if I hold on for 5 minutes the manager will come to the phone. Final answer...THIS PLACE SUCKS. With Papa Johns, Domino's, and several family owned pizza places near by they should be a little more concerned about their business. Right now I'll be willing to spend more then to go back to Little Caesars.
