When we got there we were seated immediately. It wasn’t that crowed. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The food came out within 10mins of us ordering and that was kinda suspicious. The food was so good though!!! The tacos I never had and were amazing ! Especially for that price. The wings were all great but some under sauce would of liked some more. I also got a top shelf Margarita and it tasted pretty good. Felt a little buzz afterwards. Everything was good price. We was in and out within 35mins . Our table had a vent above it though and was blowing cold air, made our food cold fast so after 5mins everything had a chill to it. I would definitely come back though. Thanks for everything
This place keeps going further down hill. My family of 5 came in. Husbands drink from the bar came without the salt on the rim. Then our order came out wrong. My 13 year old sat with NO FOOD for 22 minutes after we waited about 30 for it to come out. Then my wrap had no hot sauce on it and it took them 15 minutes to bring that out. I returned my wrap because I wasn’t about to eat when my child was missing her bones less wings. Our wings that we also ordered came out as all drummy’s when we ordered all flats so we had to wait for a remake. Super disappointed and not one manager was on the floor touching tables the entire time. It looks like a bunch of lost people running around and it isn’t even busy. Crazy to see this place like this.
I absolutely love this place. The food is awesome, they have a fantastic beer selection, and the vibe is fun but relaxed. Awesome place to unwind and watch a game. My favorite bartenders are Audrey and Trevor!!
Lexi was the best server for our party of 11 tonight for my son's birthday! All of the food was great, save 1 dish that was a little cold but was immediately remade and comped. The new pizza left a little to be desired but was still good. Drinks were kept refilled without waiting and the very busy manager checked on us as well. The hostess asked Conner if they wanted our party upon arrival and they had a pretty sour look about it so I wasn't at all displeased when we waited just a few moments to be sat elsewhere.
I understand the staffing issues, which is why we were not upset that it took almost an hour to get our food. However that should not be an excuse for cold wings, and cold macaroni. And for some reason the macaroni was served in a cup!? It smelled like vomit and was cold like it was never warm. Very unsure why it was in a tiny cup less than half full, was very unappealing to the eye also.
Was the best B-Dubs in town in my opinion at one point. The space is nicer than the rest and no bad angles in the joint. Service has been fairly bad, the last few times. Shame... I always go with Asian Zing, Caribbean Jerk, and Hot BBQ and a side of wedges ask for sour cream. The sweat tea is also solid. Aug 2022 update Due to staffing issues the bar area was closing at 4 when we went. You could still get a beer, just not sit in the bar. Service wasn't stellar either. Nice, but oddly slow. Our food came out just above lukewarm, which seemed odd because the place was slow and much of the staff was hanging out at the servers station a lot. Kid-friendliness: Had a nice highchair for the child and the vibe felt friendly enough to kids. At least in the dining area.
I’ve been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings every Saturday in the fall with a large group to watch football for 4 years. Each week, our experience has been outstanding. Audrey and Madee take great care of us and always have a smile on their face. Food comes out quick and the entire staff is always accommodating to whatever we need. We look forward to going every week!
The worst experience I have ever had from a Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered $100 worth of food just for it to all come out cold. We ordered 30 wings and they were all combined on 1 plate and we couldn’t even tell what sauces were where. We got a wrap and a burger which were all ice cold to the point we couldn’t eat it. It took so long to get out food all we wanted to do was leave at that point. When contacted by the manager she was rude about what had happened and gave specific times of when the food was entered, etc, but was claiming we weren’t sitting for long when I know we where there for over an hour waiting. Don’t know if the waitress forgot to enter our orders or what. Point being, rude management, and we never got a fix for the $100 mistakes they made. Never bothered calling back because I was so upset with her.
Service was adequate, location was nice and clean. Food was cooked well, but my chicken sandwich tasted more like fish than chicken, like it was fishken. It was nice and juicy though. Fries were good, and they did a fairly good job of keeping my drink filled, at least until the end. This was the first time in a long time I had been to a BWW, and it will probably be a while before I go back.
Me and my family ate dinner here Wednesday night, our food came out fast, fresh and hot. Employees/manager were very friendly. Had a good experience definitely will be going back.
