The food is all right, but the service is mediocre at best. They are one of THE SLOWEST restaurants in the area, and in my experience, it doesn't matter what server you have. If you want wings, theirs are good, but plan to wait for a really long time. You'll need to hunt for your server when you're ready to order, if you want a kid's menu, want a refill, are ready to order, need a napkin, want them to see if your food is ready, when you're ready for your bill, and again when you want to pay it.

I come in here very often, the food is great. The service however needs a little work, all the employees are either standing around gossiping or playing on their phones. I have had to get up and refill my drink cup multiple times on several different occasions.

I always order out and the servers are always polite. However, they never seem to get my wings right. I only order 2 things consitently, 2 things! All i wanted was mild wings extra sauce, and no matter what it never has even a regular amount of sauce.  It's like they don't have any sauce in there or something. 5x in a row, I'm done.
