I give 1 star only because the front staff is terrific. The missing 4 stars are because what used to be a really good and fairly healthy fast mexican food option has turned into nothing more than another Taco Bell with cool hot sauces. Every time I get anything with ground beef in it, it just pours out grease. I take home tacos for my kids and there is so much grease it is inedible and the chips are soaked. Until you guys figure out how to apply meat without all the grease, I will have to find another option for Mexican food. Very sad that Tijuana Flats has gone south like this...and I truly hope the owner will step up and fix this :(

Really tasty Tex-Mex at solid prices. Full table service makes it feel a little more upscale, but the vibe is still definitely college alternative (think Hot Box pizza). Good stuff!

Stop in late at night to get my taco fix. I usually have lunch here on Tuesdays,  so this was a little different.  The place was completely empty except for employees, but it was business as usual. Friendly employees,  and my food came out fast tasting delish. Another nice visit.

Management and staff always in sync with each other therefore creating an awesome Tuesdaze experience.  Always looking forward to my weekly lunch date with my wife. Tijuana Flats you guys ROCK.  🌮🌯🍺🍻
