I've been to many different B-Dubs ant this takes first place as the worst service I've ever experienced at one. First, just walking to the entrance from the parking lot was like someone took a filled trash can and emptied it just before the front doors on the ground. Sat at the bar and waited a good while to just get a beer. Then the beer arrived and before we could get our order in, the server walked away so we waited until a different server came behind the bar to take our order. I ordered the buffalo chips and cheese as an appetizer and my usual order of wings as my entree. Waited and waited and waited. Got a couple apologies for the delay and some sort of excuse. Waited again then the wings arrived. Where's the buffalo chips and cheese appetizer you ask? No clue. Keep in mind that the restaurant was not that busy. For some reason I can now understand as to why. Anyhow, the wings were good. No complaints on that. We asked where our chips and cheese appetizer order was and got more apologies and more excuses but were ensured that they were on their way. Finished our order of wings and still no sign of the chips. Instead we were asked if we wanted desert and after we declined we got our bills and a "thanks for stopping in". The charge for the chips were removed from our order completely. Although I'm glad the bill was correct, I never asked to cancel my chips order and was assuming they were still on their way. Nothing. We paid our bills and left. It felt like we were being kicked out of a restaurant. That place is a joke.

So this Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the worst I've ever been too. It smells stale. The floors are sticky. The service is atrocious. Expect half an hour from the time you order your food. Recommend getting an appetizer but anything other than chips you'll be waiting for a ridiculously long time. The servers have zero knowledge of beer and alcohol. Every time I go to this BWW I have to get beer from the bar on a separate check because the server says they don't have something (when I know for a fact they do). It's really pathetic. The only reason I ever go here is to play BuzzTime trivia or to watch a fight.

Amazing Customer Service. Had an issue with half my order of wings being raw in the middle and they fixed it so very fast. They were so nice about it. The manager actually came to our table and apologized personally. It was a great experience.

Greeted right after we walked in the door. Given more than ample time to study the menu. Our server Dominique was just awesome. She acknowledged our newly graduated soldier. Absolutely couldn't say enough about Buffalo Wild Wings server Dominique.

When my wife and I went a couple weeks ago we waited in line for 30 mins before we could get a seat. There was only one person that was sitting people at tables. Then our server only came by twice asked what we wanted and brought our food to us. They never came to ask for refills or to go boxes.
