I've always thought it was just me and my difficult orders. I usually get extra shrimp or ask to buy some hot oil. They've refused to sell me extra hot oil saying they can only do so much, but I'm thinking so what I'm paying for it right?  It's not like I'm asking for it for free. Well we just went by on this fine Saturday evening,  we drove in from out of town (their food is truly awesome tasting)   and today's response REALLY blew me. I had to ask to make sure I was hearing them correct.  I ordered shrimp and beef fried rice with extra shrimp.  Not beef, just shrimp. They said NO. I asked "not even if I pay extra?" The guy answered by saying no that they don't do that anymore. Sad but I don't think that we'll be coming back here anymore and it was my absolute favorite.   I am not sure what's going on.

Food is wonderful.  Customer service ls not good. Young Caucasian or Hispanic kid with glasses that works the front counter needs some customer service training.

Got hot and spicy chicken and sesame chicken and the meat did not look anything like chicken and tasted awful. Seem like the quality of their food went down the drain.

I live Las Vegas and Orange County. When I visit Lawton Oklahoma.  This place is number one on my list of places to eat next to Ken and Leo truck stop. And I love everything extra extra spicy and most people do. I order the triple delight, no veggies, just broccoli, no shrimp because there not raw shrimp which would butterfly up in the high heat of a wok. The beef and broccoli is good and the chicken fried rice extra spicy.  You really have to get on them to make sure they do a good job because it's really not consistent. And the management and staff will fight with you all day which makes the customer service at this place -10 out of one out of 10. They are horrible with customers service. But if you noticed there is a line always on the inside and out. People love there food, so do i. It's a comfort food. Try the triple delight. The flavor is addicting and have you coming back for years. The Chinese and white female managers do not care at all what you have to say against the company or staff. They don't care if they loss a customer.  Because those lines are always there and people love there cooking. There doing something right.  The food that I ate for the past 16 years there has been good. The other Chinese spot called China express is really good! ! China wok is a comfort and they know how to make it spicy and good.

Not impressed. Our sweet and sour chicken was burnt and the vegetable lo mein had only 2 vegetables (cabbage and small carrot slices).
