F-ing garbage! Don't bother trying to relocate for construction. Knock the place down with all staff inside! Save every restaurant from ever getting any of your garbage staff. Food & service is the worst ever. Stay in dolphin mall ripping off tourist 1 at a time that will never return.

Terrible service, cold wings. Waited 20 minutes for hard cold wings. I love bww but this location is the worst I've been to.

Wife and I went here along with another couple and 4 small kids. They tell us there is a 35 minute wait. So we're standing there waiting for a while holding out kids in our arms when I decide I'll just go to the bathroom a second. I come to discover that the dining room was EMPTY! I went back to hostess to complain and she says the wait is because the kitchen is backed up! I had to ask foe the manager yo be seated . Keeping us standing around with the dining room EMPTY was rude and very bad service. I will never return to this location and I hope this review keeps you from going there too!

Great deals at an easy to access location! I mean Union Square?! Come on, how many public transportation options do you have going there, a dozen? Anyway, the store is right there on Powell and Post, and it is always loaded with shoes at very reasonable prices. But if you look carefully for the right stickers, you will always find sales that are guaranteed to save you a few Dollars and make a little happier!

I usually always come to this place where the service is decent and the food is good. I made an order for pick-up for a bucket of boneless wings, size of Sweet BBQ, Bleu Cheese, and Ranch along with celery and carrots with a basket of Fries. All the sauces I asked for were missing. I got four Sweet BBQ sauces instead. Just as I'm about to start eating, I notice a long blonde curly hair at the bottom of my bucket of boneless wings. I called to speak to the manager about my issue and his response is "The blonde hair doesn't match the ethnicity of any of our staff." I don't understand how ethnicity determines your hair color. The manager said he could not do anything about my order, and just made excuses to avoid the situation. If you're going to order from this BWW, be sure to do it through Postmates or UberEats where if your food is not what expect, you can at least get a refund instead of dealing with an ignorant manager not willing to own up to the uncleanness of his staff, and lack of professionalism.
