A journey through the local street markets in London, the Spice Bazaar in Istanbul, Dim Sum restaurants in Hong Kong, and curb-side Pad Thai in Bangkok. On our journey, we searched for flavors, for adventure, but most importantly…for hot buns! In every culture in the world, bread has long been a culinary staple.
Like a sommelier recommending the perfect wine, we pair the world’s best breads with the culinary specialties they were meant to accompany.
Serving lunch, dinner, daily happy hour from 4-7 PM, and weekend brunch.
