Has happened multiple times I will order my food online, go to pick it up and it's not ready at all.  Was told by management to order online and then call to make sure food was received.  I have done that and my food is still not been ready and when I complain all I'm told is sorry.  No attempt to fix it.  The only reason they're getting more than one star it's because their food is actually pretty good. Their service is horrible though.

Fantastic wings, only one time I had some bad chicken but and that was replaced. I still like to get some super hot wings even though I can barely eat them without breaking into a sweat. Always delicious and always a fun place to go.

Waited over a half hour for our food and refills. Recieved cold and over cooked wings. We were asked if we wanted to speak to a manager, we said no, but asked for our bill. We were treated quite coldly after that. I understand a busy night, but there's no reason to take it out on customers.

Its been hit and miss with this one... Most times they are awesome but I have placed a couple to go orders that were over a half hour late coming out. I would be ok with this if it were on a busy night but the couple times it has happened have been on like a Tuesday with no major sporting event taking place...
