If I could give this experience less than 1 star, trust me I would. Let's start with the waiter not knowing a thing about the menu or drinks. But I put that behind and figured he was new and still learning and that's ok... first the beer I ordered was very flat. But he brought me a new one which was a lot better. But then we get the food and it looked good but I went to take a bite of the baked beans and they were SCORCHING HOT, so hot the waiter even said he burnt his hand on the rest in the back. He also never apologized for what happened and never told the manager to adjust the price of the meal. I wasn't warned about anything being hot once the plate arrived. So I burn the hell out of my mouth so bad I couldn't finish my meal!! Then I ask to speak with the manager and let me say this guy shouldn't be a manager, there was 0 class with him and he said "they're always that hot"... and tried to argue with us about it. All in all the food I can't say how good it was seeing as I couldn't eat. But the service is God awful. Buyer beware or whatever just stray away from this place.

I would give 5 stars but we had to wait to be seated about 10 to 15 minutes and the place was pretty empty. We were also reassured more than one someone would be with us. And argument went on in the kitchen, then a host came to seat us, who had an attitude.
 Other than that the food was great, they have a great menu & the bubble lemonade was the best. Definitely reasonable prices for the amount of food you get.

The food was alright, the service was OK, but I think it's bath time. Everything was sticky, from the tables to the menus. The tablet that they place on the table had some weird thick grease on it somewhere, I picked it up to move it and it almost felt like salve was on my hand. I had to go wash my hands more than once.  The posters on the wall have food stains on them. If this is the dining area what does the kitchen look like?

It's really gone down hill. The food has become sugary and bland, and while they keep trying at a sports bar feel, it just comes off as a countied up version of Max and Erma's, catering to a similarly aged crowd.  The service was good at least.
