About last night: Thursday, June 29th, 2017 at 11:30 pm.  My friend and I sat at the bar for fifteen minutes before we finally had to ask the young man to take our drink and food orders.   He reluctantly and half way did so.   He made one drink and neglected to give me my drink order.  He should have known that you serve the lady first and if two people order, they should receive their drinks at the same time.  We smiled and asked for straws.  There were two other couples seated at the bar.  He had no since of urgency to offer attentive customer service to us.   Finally, after waiting forty-five minutes and asking him nicely several times as to how much longer would our order take?  It is now a quarter after midnight, he strolls over and nonchalantly informs us that someone else got our order.  Did not offer to replace the order.  He just stood there waiting for us to leave.  This guy clearly did not care about how he treated us!  As we did, no one was around to accommodate us.  This establishment does not deserve even one star.  Very disappointed with this location.  We have enjoyed OTHER locations.  First time and last time at this location.   Get out of this town now!  We only want establishments that CARE about the people they serve.  Big tippers just left the building!  Never to return!

Omg terrible.. the buffalo wild wings corporate office should see what a disgrace this place is. The workers could care less and most of them look confused on what their job is. Hardly anyone in here and the wait to even get seated is a hassle.  Ordered food online.  It was supposed to be ready at 610pm.. it came out at 615 pm and was wrong..workers had no clue what to do.. the place is sloppy  and no one is helpful.  This place needs help fast or a new management team..it will be closed soon

Amazing service really nice staff members and amazing wings And my go to place to watch sports also don't listen to the bad reviews because their stupid so I would highly recommended Buffalo Wild Wings

Done! This place is ridamdiculous!! 50 minutes after walking through the door we finally got our cold, over cooked food on an empty Monday night. Party of 2 mind you! I feel robbed! Fries were hard, chicken fried extra hard, the only thing on point was the beer. Hooters wins!! Their food is better and more affordable.

Run fast away from this place!!! Food is super dry and over cooked! Place is nasty doesn't appeal enough to me to even want to sit down and eat here. Staff act as though they don't want to be there. Ordered  food to go, got home and was disappointed. Give this place not even another year before being shut down. While in there @ least 3 different people complained about something.
