I've had both the "its early and slow" experience as well as the "oh my god why is it so loud I can't think oh hay chicken" experience. I've always had superb service in the bar. Friendly folk not afraid to help you find a delicious beverage. Tasty finger foods, sandwiches and other delights. Show up later in the day though and expect so much volume from TVs and patrons that you may not be able to think, let alone converse with your party.

Long wait times! Waited over 40 minutes from ordering to being able to pick up 4 snack sized wings. Had to have some remade because there was 0 sauce. Multiple other people waiting for their orders along side me. Spoke with the manager, they clearly did not care. This has been our experience quite a few times and we just can't go back. 1 star is earned after several attempts to enjoy this place....

My family Will never go back there.
Why? 

#1. Service?? From the moment we stepped into the restaurant til we came out, saw ZERO WORKERS SMILING, NONE offered us H2O refills,  Had to use the Bathroom to wash hands because No one came to give us any extra napkins...and... etc.  

#2. Value??  Let's see, wife and i with 3 kids (13, 11, & 2), Had to order 2 large wings ($23.99 each), a Burger, and a plate of sampler with 2 waters , 1 lemonade , and 1 soda.+ tax...  Total= About  $89.

#3. Taste??  It all depends...  If you are a Wing Master, or ever lived in N.Y. , or used to southern style fried chickens, ... you definitely  won't say "wow!!" when you eat here.

#4. Cleanliness??  Our booth had used napkin underneath.  The metal portion of the bottom of our booth was all slippery on our shoes.

#5. Conclusion??  Not worth $90.

Been here twice, service was good. Got seated quickly and waitress were helpful. However both the times, the wings were dry. The sauce was very limited on it. For the price you pay for the wings, I expect more. I have been to BWW at other locations and never had this issue.

I was really excited to get some wings. It had been such a long time. I was disappointed and surprised when I asked about the spicy garlic sauce and was shown the bottle and all it's ingredients. Eggs! (I'm allergic to eggs but would never have thought they'd be in my buffalo wings!) Preservatives! Corn syrup! And other things that just have no reason for being there. I decided not to order anything.
