HORRIBLE!

Let me start by saying now I know why my mom said she stopped loving this place. It's sad to see a place go down from a time we once had great memories at.

Host/hostess, I guess they get paid to stand with other staff instead of making sure people are seated at a clean spot. We couldn't find anywhere clean, and they sure didn't seem to care even after we had to ask them.

So then a guy cleaned one spot, which wasn't where we wanted to sit, and didn't even bother to notice glasses were dirty. Even all the tables that were empty were dirty. When I say dirty, it's more like oil was poured on the table and food was left.

10 minutes pass by and we're looking for anyone who works there and willing to help. Nope. Just chatting away in their group. I know they saw us because they'd look over and continue on like we weren't even there.

So we decided to leave and the one lady there simply wishes us a great night. Not even trying to find out why we were leaving so soon.

This place used to be top notch in my book and sadly...I will not be coming back...

The food is really average and the service is really slow. I ordered the truffle Mac and cheese and it was just a bowl of room-temperature penne noodles. It was supposed to come with ditalini pasta but I guess they ran out. They must have also ran out of bread crumbs because those weren’t on my pasta either. Two stars is being generous. Don’t waste your hard earned dollar here. Olive Garden has way better Italian food

Even though I'm not a fan of Italian food, it's easy to recognize a good place and good food. This is a good place but food is not good enough for the price.

FLAVOR: Unforgettable Italian food is hard to make, can't blame them. Order the signature items and you are on the safe side. Don't risk it ordering the non-highlights.

PRICE: EXPENSIVE! Pasta for $16 USD? It's not that good.

DECOR: A typical Italian restaurant, much much warmer than most of them.

For this price (About $30 per person), you'll hardly eat good food on other restaurants, but if you do... Let me know!

Ownership or management must of changed from when I went here a couple years ago. PRICES TOO HIGH for what you get. The $3.00 additional chicken to my $14.00 Alfredo looked like Tyson chicken. Kinda pink with fake grill marks. The only perk is you still get to draw on the table with crayons. Our waiter was nice, as were the runners. I would probably have a better experience at Olive Garden tbh. I have a feeling the business is not doing so hot.

I normally love the food here but this time was not so good. The pasta was under cooked. The sauce was flavorless. I hope they fix this problem soon.
