I feel like the quality of the food in this chain has gone downhill over the years. NOTE: rating the chain directly not specific to this one location. Maybe it varies on location, maybe my expectations have changed. Use to love Bdub no matter where I went, now it's eh, gut filler. This more for the college and game crowd as it's very loud all the time too and they really over do it with big screens everywhere. Not a place to enjoy with family; course this generation now a days you gotta have a big TV in your face while you eat.

Foods always good. My cousin got boneless wings and they were drenched in sauce.. she felt like she was drinking them. Not appealing. I got traditional wings and they were good. Meaty as always.

Waitress was very good despite sitting there for an HOUR waiting for 15 wings and a kids chicken tender. Unfuckin-believable.  Not isolated to just this single instance either. I'd say that 3/4 of the visits have been like this. Don't waste your time, not good enough for an hour wait. Also they changed a small to a snack size and a medium to a small. Quit making everything bigger, not everyone wants to eat two days of calories in a single meal ya bunch of assholes; And I don't need take home for 6 meals.

I dont know why very bad quality of food today. Very bad service and unqualified waiter. Very saucy wings, had to reject the order couple of time. Will never come again to this location

The manager Stephanie as the best manager they have ever had! Restaurant is clean and the food is always delicious! Great place to eat with friends!
