We had a mixed experience. Our food was great. The beer was great. The service really stunk. We sat in the bar and had to flag someone down after waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were sitting there. We watched several servers just standing around In the bar area. We ordered beer. Two of the beers on the drink menu they didn’t have anymore. Something about them being Seasonal. Should not have still been on their drink menu. Ended up finding something else to drink. We ordered an appetizer first then our food. The food came but not the appetizer. We had to cancel the appetizer because we didn’t want it at that point. Not the best experience and we will probably stick with Brownsburg or Avon next time.

Never walked out of a restaurant in my life but that all changed today. We were seated and waited 7 minutes for our waitress. She finally came over and said "what are you guys gonna get?" My husband ordered first then I did. They were out of what I wanted. So I said I needed to look at the menu. Our waitress went to get our drinks. In the 30 seconds she was away from our table she forgot our drink order and had to come back and ask. We received our drinks and she went to get straws. 10 minutes later and no waitress, we got up and left. It's 3:30 in the afternoon which makes it all the more ridiculous. I'm done with BW3.

I wasn't even paying attention to the time that I had been here and the manager walks over, sat down and said he was going to pay for my meal because they were slow and I waited 30 minutes. I never said a word and wouldn't have. They went out of their way. Very impressed with the service and manager.

Music so loud people could not hear each other. I could understand if people your loud, but this time it was the music. I will not go back.

Great food, but it was packed with people on Friday and the service was very slow. The waiter was super nice though, tried his best.
