The front staff was slow and disorganized, as well as unsanitary. Despite their close contact with the food, no one wore gloves. We also witnessed one employee sneeze, wipe his nose, and return to work without washing his hands.

The restaurant was not overly crowded or busy. Even though we informed the staff that we had ordered online when we came in, we waited 20 extra minutes for our orders, which sat in their to-go containers in various places around the other food while they served dine-in customers walking in after us. We had to ask several times about the status of our food, at which point they would check inside the to-go containers, leave them, and continue with other tasks. Almost goes without saying that the food was cold when we got it. Though there was no shortage of time to talk, laugh, and joke amongst themselves while we waited. 

We will not return to this location any time in the near future.

They charged me for a bigger plate when I just ordered a big plate. I didn't notice until I was in my car ; I paid for extra food I didn't receive . Please be honest in the future. Thanks

Will never go again.  Staff is unpleasant and slow.  Had a special order and they told me what they could give me.  Very unhappy.  Half the the time they never have fresh food to where I have walked out and went somewhere else.  They need training on customer service! !!!
