This is a fantastic place!! I have food allergies and Ben the manager was very sensitive about this and checked to make sure everything was safe for me! The Manager Steve is so friendly and genuine! The staff is outstanding!!!  Ashley, Shannon, Leigh, Sara, Felicia are the best staff around!!

No real big complaints. Ordered my food and it was in front of me rather quickly. I did find it funny that while i was eating some waitress came up to me with the exact same thing i ordered and almost put it on my table. She ended up taking it back to the kitchen. They made my order twice apparently. lol Obvious mistake on their part. Other then that i paid with a gift card and had to ask the waitress for my card back and my receipt back.

It was pretty noisy and the service was slow but the food was decent. There was a bunch of hype about hitting up bdubs but its pretty mediocre.

Great weeknight specials. Fast and friendly service. Perfect spot to watch the game or stop off the highway to grab a bite to eat.

Been in here a few different times wait staff is hit or miss on good service but the food always takes forever at this location. I most recently tried the new grilled cheese after hearing from co workers how good it was. it came out with less than a ounce of pork on it and was burnt pretty bad. I wont be returning to the big rapids location ill stick to the mt pleasant one where the servers are awesome and you get your food in a decent time and its cooked propery.
