It was awesome! Our waiter was amazing. He recommended caramel with our cheese curds (sounds like a weird combo but was super good) and the order was prompt and so very good! I love the wings they have here. If you ever need help figuring out the sauces you can have them bring out a few samples to try before you order the wings

Hamburger was dry and cold they offered to take it back and cook Katy one, but I think they there it back on the grill and tried to reheat it.  I've worked in the industry and that is not the way to do it.  Needs improvement.
I must say O'Hara, was awesome she came over to see if we needed anything, offering us dessert, but truly apologized for what happened.  Thank you O'Hara, that was very sweet of you, and you were very professional.

The food is great and so is the service. However, it takes forever for the food to come out. If you come at lunch it will be delivered in less than 15 minutes, but dinner always takes forever. The atmosphere is really loud and hectic, unless you come around lunch time its a little more mellow. There Tuesday and Thursday specials are great though, and surprisingly great burgers. If you ask to sample the sauces they'll let you try out a bunch so you don't end up ordering something you don't like or is too hot for your taste.

I've been twice to this location for takeout. I ordered online both times. The first time, I went at the time the online order said the food would be ready. It was not ready for another 30 minutes after that. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I simply asked how long it would be--no attitude, no accusatory tone. I just wanted to know so I could go wait in my car because my anxiety was getting high with all the noise and people. The employee got a manager to come out and tell me that I should have expected it to take longer because of their Tuesday special. Basically telling me what I should have done instead of just answering my simple question. My anxiety got so bad I couldn't even eat when I got back to my hotel.
Today I decided to give a second try. In my online order, I specifically requested that they call when my order is done. And they did! But when I got there less than 10 minutes later, they had accidentally given my stuff to some other person who'd ordered to-go (which they only figured out AFTER I paid). After they took a few minutes to figure this out, they came out and told me about the mix up, and said my food was getting remade ahead of all the other orders and would be about 5 minutes. It was only about 5 minutes, so all good. Mix ups happen, we're all only human. But then they hadn't included the blue cheese dressing. Fortunately they asked me before I left and got it out to me. But when I had been laying earlier, they asked if I needed forks and napkins. I had said yes and asked for two forks and some napkins. But guess what I didn't get. *sigh*

Best the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to in the country. And that's saying a lot since I've been to quite a few. Really excellent service.
