I live in Rexburg which is about 30 minutes from this location. I got called in for a job interview. I told her i could be there in 30 minutes. I met with the manager who asked me a few questions while she did closing duties. She asks me to come back for a second interview with Chris in two days. I show up but after waiting there for an hour they find out he is in utah and didn't know about the interview. He says to come back the next morning. The next morning the staff tells me that Chris just left but will be right back. An hour later the get a hold of him and i am informed that the position has been filled. I spent 3 hours round trip worth of time and gas money to be stood up on multiple interviews. If they will treat a potential employee this way i hate to see how they treat their customers.

This is the second time that they have taken a half hour to get us our food, but they click the button saying the food is on its way to you about 10 min after you order. They do that so they look like they got a better serve time then they really did. This is the LAST time I am ever going to sonic.

Ordered from the drive through, not a huge order, and we're still sitting in the drive through, it's been about ten minutes and the staff just kept talking to each other at the window, didn't look like they were working very hard. Super slow... because people were standing around talking. Poor wrapping of the food, I mean POOR. The breakfast burrito we ordered about fell out of the wrapping, it was sooo bad... it was as if they had never wrapped anything before.. I was a bit peeved. It's probably best to come here when they have a decent amount of staff. Don't come here in the morning when there is only 2 or 3 people who think working means standing around on the clock. It is supposed to be fast food, but no. It wasn't.

Long story short, 4 times and they still couldn't get my order right, Double cheese w/o onions, xtra mustard and catsup.  That is it.....really? How hard is that?
 I'll never go back and RECOMMEND TO ALL TO NEVER WASTE THEIR TIME OR MONEY. I spoke with the owner who said that he would replace the meal. Smh, must not want to keep making money. DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE 

I drove 32 miles to get reimbursed with another wrong order, OBVIOUSLY  I WASN'T  going back NOR WILL I EVER AGAIN.
