For twenty-five years, Buford Highway Farmers Market has been in the business of providing that…and more! When we opened our doors, we specialized in all types of Asian foods, especially Korean. Since then we have grown and diversified our offerings to include foods from Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, West Africa, Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Eastern Europe and more. You’ll find more ethnic food varieties under one roof than any other single-location grocery store in Atlanta.

One visit to our store and you’ll appreciate the exposure to different cultures and the foods that are unique to their countries. With one of the largest fresh produce departments in Atlanta, you’ll find everything from standard fruits and vegetables to many that you’ve never seen before. Seasonal specialties, exotics, unusual varieties, select organics and locally favorites can be found every day. Our seafood department specializes in whole fish, an extensive variety of ocean and fresh water fish (farm-raised and wild caught), shrimp and whenever available, live fish such as main lobsters, gulf blue crabs, rainbow trout and more. Specialties within our meat department include ethnic and variety meat cuts…think of it as a head-to-tail approach! You’ll find ox tails, tripe, Korean-style certified angus beef short ribs and many other cuts you won’t often find in typical grocery stores.
