Outstanding customer service. Lorraine in reception did an exceptional job...she even gave me water for my dog outside in my truck. Short wait time. Friendly professional service.

Literally the worst experience I have had at a dermatologist; the other being the first time I went to a dermatologist. Went in for a disconcerting mole as a new patient. I was told nothing on the phone about what would be done procedurally. They spent maybe a minute looking at moles and told me they would need 2 follow ups. I am not going to be in the area so I asked if they could try to do something that day, to which they said no because I would need stitches removed. I was literally sitting on the examining table naked- both examiners left abruptly, opening the door wide each time. No further explanation was given. I have no idea what the procedure would be when I do go to a different dermatologist. I am frustrated and mostly worried about the spots because they didn't tell me how serious/not serious they are. I checked in at the front desk, visibly upset, and the lady behind the desk kept talking to me about my address and mail. I called the business office to dispute the visit since it was utterly pointless since there will be no follow up with this place. She told me I had all the procedures done that I was informed would happen, which is 100% inaccurate.

My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Buhac. My daughter has severe cystic acne and had developed a case of mrsa. Dr. Buhac not only cured her acne, but prevented the mrsa from spreading. She has been very understanding and helpful. We had visited many other dermatologists in the Capital Region with no success. I highly recommend Dr. Buhac.

My 5 yr old daughter had to be seen for eczema vs vitilago. Saw a nurse, gave the usual information and then waited 45!!! freaking minutes to see Dr Buhac for 3 minutes. Not even exaggerating! She didn't even look at my daughters skin, just walked in and declared that the loss of pigment is from the eczema, which is funny seeing how it's been there for over 4 months and it's not red or blotchy or has any signs of being eczema! Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
