Kim was all about moving fast, fast, fast. In the end, I was very grateful for it! We burned through my wife's immigration work within a matter of months. It is obvious Kim knows the system through and through and her confidence was inspiring throughout the process. She was (and still is!) very quick to respond to our questions, sometimes via late night texts and calls, and her assistants were kind and easy to work with. It was easy to be candid with her and we could care she cared about our success. I don't believe my wife and I could have found a better lawyer!

I first met with Kim during her invaluable (and very generous) presentations she provided at Utah State. Her consultation was offered free of charge and allowed us to discuss options and to get to know each other a little better. I knew I wanted to work with Kim after getting to know her and realizing how passionate she is about her work and extremely dedicated - I felt like she really cared about the success of the case and would go above and beyond to achieve the best results. Kim is a pleasure to work with, she is professional, candid and straight talking. I look forward to all interactions with Kim as she is very personable and charming and makes a dull subject so much brighter with her vibrant personality and charisma. This is what sets her apart, honestly. Her team is also fantastic, Heather has a keen eye for detail and picks up on the small important details. The team is very expeditious with all correspondence and worked flawlessly with my sponsor.  I have just been through a successful H1-B journey and would wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anybody in need of an exceptional immigration lawyer. I've been working with Kim for over a decade now on everything from my OPT and student visa to green card application. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more proficient attorney who's more invested in the outcome of your case than Kim!

The legal assistants and paralegals she employs are top-notch. Everyone responds promptly and work on tasks with urgency. Honestly, the amount of effort Kim puts into her cases always makes me feel a bit guilty for adding to her plate. 

Best immigration attorney in Utah hands down!

Kim H. Buhler was very conscientious and dedicated as she represented us in our international adoption case. My wife & I especially appreciated the professional and personal manner in which she interacted with us. She remained positive even though at times things were very rough and I love that she never sugar coated anything just to make us feel better. Our adoption wasn't an easy one by any means and when we found out the things that been done by the person who put the adoption together at the beginning which were not correct. She was able to correct them and get things back on track. Her kind, professional manner made a very stressful experience into a very positive one for both my wife and I and we have become friends forever! I would highly recommend her for anything especially for cases dealing with immigration.

My wife and I chose this office for help while we were working on her immigration status from Canada.  Kim was knowledgeable and got our issues fixed with the initial green card application. Throughout the green card and citizenship process, Kim has been a good resource to rely on. Her staff is also friendly and helpful.  They always offered us something to drink and made it easy to re-arrange appointments.
