I first found out about Utah Eviction Law when I attended one of eviction classes Attorney Jeremy Shorts teaches. I was very impressed by all the knowledge and expertise he shared with us in the class, and it was clear to me that as a landlord I needed to start using their free lease forms for all of my rental properties. Since then Jeremy has always been extremely helpful with all of my legal needs, and very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Their newsletter is very informative and full of real-life case examples, which I look forward to receiving every month. His rate is very reasonable for what you get for the price! If you are a landlord or a property manager, I highly recommend talking to Jeremy before taking any legal action. You won't regret it.

I have been a landlord for 7 years and have not had to consider doing an eviction until recently. It was stressful since I had never been through the process and the tenant did not want to leave. Dave and his team answered all my questions quickly and helped me to understand the process. I feel much better and more confident about doing evictions now. Nice to have someone on your side to help since evictions are never fun. Glad to have found these guys.

Jeremy, has been a great resource for us as a landlord. Their rates are very reasonable and would not hesitate to use them for any of our legal needs as a landlord. Recently we had a tenant that filed for bankruptcy and that complicated a lot of things. 

Through Jeremy’s sound advice we were able to avoid a lot of the legal hassle that can be involved. He was easy to contact and timely in responses. He impressed me with a follow up call the very next day just to see how things were going. Lawyers I’ve worked with in the past rarely contact you unless it’s absolutely necessary.

After losing in small claims court, I met with Jeremy Shorts to go over the case and he encouraged me,  based on my evidence,  to appeal.  I hired him for the appeal and he was amazing! Not only did I win the appeal, but he got all my attorney fees covered! After my negative experience in small claims, Jeremy has renewed my belief in the justice system, I just learned that it is better to trust/hire the expert and Jeremy is indeed an expert in this field!  Thank you!!!
