They do awesome work! I've used them a couple of times now, first for repairing and painting a historic window and then a few months later to repair and rebuild my basement after termites. Tri came by to do an estimate for what I thought was a crack in the foundation. I had multiple foundation companies look at the damage, and none of them caught the actual problem which was the termites. Tri pointed them out right away, was able to point me in a better direction for treatment, and then gave a fair bid for putting the room back together. It looks as good as new now, and I'm so grateful he caught the problem so I didn't just hide the termites behind a plastic membrane as the other companies had suggested. They got the work done quickly, they're a pleasure to have around and I trust them in my home when I'm not there. I'll be sure to use them again in the future if needed. I highly recommend the Building Craft team.

They do great work and are very experienced when it comes to both renovation and preservation. We had them do some work on our Sugarhouse home, and I am beyond pleased with how it all turned out.
