We received a quote from Teach in early May. We knew we were done time out from starting due to the time of year. We needed a full yard installation, front and back, for a new build. We told them in early June that we would like to get on the books because we heard good reviews from family and the price range was good for us. They told us they needed a 50% down payment, which we put down more than 50% to show them how serious we were. They told us they would call with a date in a week and they were about a month out. No call. When  we called them we never heard back. We knew they were backed up so we decided to let it go and figured they knew they had the down payment for a date just didn't communicate to us. After 3 weeks we started calling again, finally they answered. They said they would be on vacation the first week of July but will be out that following Monday. Monday came, no call no show. On Wednesday we finally received a call telling us they couldn't start for another 2 weeks. They finally gave us a date though so we were excited. We had our did moved out for a few weeks and got the yard fully prepped  for the job. The day came, no call no show. Finally when we got a good of someone at the office the main contractor person called us saying their equipment wasn't working and it will be a few days. We obviously were frustrated but the guy did not care and said we could get our deposit back and go somewhere else. No apologies, nothing. I would never use this company or tell any of my friends or family to use this company. Worst mistake of my life!! Beware!
