Rouben and his team recently finished a water damage repair (basement ceiling, exterior shingles, exterior insulation, etc) from a frozen pipe at my home and I couldn't be any happier with the results. I've used other contractors in the past who would provide lofty quotes and no clear breakdown of the scope of the work. Build Pros was transparent with their quotes and pricing and work to be preformed. They didn't just repair the issue, they worked to identify the root cause and made the necessary repairs to prevent future issues. Top notch work.

buildPROS just completed roof work on my home in Providence.  The house is a Greek Revival with an 1860's "redo" that changed the roof style.  Time and this harsh winter had taken its toll, and Rouben Belagian/buildPROS came with strong recommendations that were substantiated by his professional approach and delivery of service.  His attention to detail, to follow-up communications, and to follow-through with an excellent crew left me with confidence in work well done.  His presentation regarding scope and outcomes for the work was meticulous, as was his oversight of the process and product.

When we first started in Real Estate Investing we met Rouban and Build Pros at a Real Estate Investing Group. We needed some estimates done on properties that we were looking to purchase, we called Build Pros and to our surprise they came out and looked at our properties within a couple of day's. When they wrote up the repair estimate we could not believe how detailed it was, it included everything down to the hinges on the doors to the hardware on the cabinets. The best part is the software that they created can be changed at any time and updated with new material or changes being made throughout the project. If you are looking for a contractor that will take on a project from start to finish then BuildPros is that company.

Rouben and the buildPROS team is hands down a first class organization. I had an unfortunate water damage event at one of my rental properties and Rouben was incredibly responsive and creative to help me get my property restored quickly and professionaly. He was flexible working with me, my tenant and the insurance company to get the damage repaired in a timely and cost effective manner. I can say that because of his quick response and ability to think outside of the box, my property was restored to as good of shape, if not better, than how it was prior to the loss. 

I highly recommend buildPros for any rehab or upgrade project that you may need or be considering.
