Mike was very wonderful to work with, he was professional, polite, courteous, and a very nice person.  My husband and I felt perfectly comfortable leaving him in charge of our entire house while they did they work for us.  Then when we returned our floors looked spectacular, they even went out and bought a special tool to be able to get underneath our old cast iron radiators to make everything look uniform and spectacular.  I would highly recommend them to anyone because their work was wonderful and their price was great too!

RI Floor Planing was outstanding! Excellent customer service and very reliable. Mike and Anthony are very professional and friendly. My husband and I were on a time constraint since we were moving into a new house. They both worked with us to get to job done in time. They refinished our hardwood floors, which now look absolutely beautiful! We could not have asked for better service. Thank you!

I learned of RI Floor Planing through a friend who recently used them to have her floors refinished in her summer home. She was very happy with the work they did and urged me to get an estimate from them ... so I did.  Mike came to my home to assess the work to be done and gave me a free estimate.  I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.  He explained the entire process ... from dust to odor to drying times.  I gave him the job on the spot.  He showed up as scheduled and my hardwoods are beautiful.  I highly recommend RI Floor .....

On time and a perfectionist. A nice gut to boot. You couldnt ask for a better wood floor refinishing experience.
