It's a good place to have fun, for you, your friends, your kids. It is so close to the river where you can enjoy it and much more. Come and have fun at BULLHEAD CITY AZ PARKS.

It's alright place kind of wierd ppl around there, hard to find trust worthy room mates I feel ppl are better off living alone

It was okay. Tight spots. I worked there, without being paid, just to keep the Oleander bushes from blocking road/street corner views. Almost got hit, several times, because of overgrown bushes, not kept up. Even got a Black Widow spider bite, twice, cleaning them out. But....at least one could see who was coming after I cleaned the streets up...lol. The maintenance man "Dan" is more interested in drinking his beer, on the job, then doing his job. Great pool, share with ducks, hot tub, clean laundry, big shower/bathrooms. Sells propane on site. But the drama from "too long" residents, is ridiculous. I wouldn't put up with that. One old, skinny guy, goes shirtless, on his Scooter, selling drugs.....the vehicles lineup, every Friday night....lol. But management doesn't seem to care.
