Mike has created such a tropical RV Resort we only hope to get on a preferred guest reservation list for the years to come. The pool is under construction but you won’t miss it with the river right here. Extremely great place for our furry friends with two dog parks walking distance in Rotary Park. The American Legion and two wonderful restaurants are next door, no need to drive for breakfast lunch or dinner. Locked gates keep the resort “very” safe and secure. You’ll be awed with all the tropical 🌴 plants, white sand, new restrooms and the expense Mike has invested in this resort.

Mike has put a lot of work cleaning up and grooming this spot. Also invested in security for the area. Still more work to be done but will be a great spot for rvs. Nice and quiet so far with a nice, easy walk to the river. Good restaurant and coffee shop next door.

Beautiful property with a tropical vibe. Sandy beaches in the marina and I hear there will be a pool in the near future? Wish I could give this spot more stars. 10/10

Very good place to go to, the whole place has been remodeled and there is new owners, it is now a fenced rv park with great amenities even mini golf, there is nothing bad about this great place.

Iguana bay resorts is by far my favorite vacation spot. And the owners are putting in a pool and full bar? Talk about desert paradise. 
10/10 everytime.
