BEWARE I was told my order was on it's way two different times. It is almost 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my order of Birkenstock shoes. Also, I was told there would be a tracking number and there never was one. I was charged as soon as I placed my order. I've places many orders on line and have never experienced anything like this. Customer service has been terrible the many times that I have called inquiring on this problem.

The staff is always really helpful and if they don't have what I need, they can often get it for me.  I need more supportive shoes due to poor feet and they carry what I need.  I like how they're expanding their inventory to more than shoes too.
