My family went to tradehome shoes today and was pleased with the service we received from Damion. He helped my children pick out, try on, and get boots, shoes, and some socks. He also helped my husband and I get a pair of shoes too! I'm excited to try hoka's! Will go back again!
I love this place! Employees are very kind, respectful and extremely helpful. I get all my shoes now in Tradehome Shoes as staff always make sure I have the best experience and helps me find the best shoes. This is The Place to buy shoes for whole family!

Are Tradehome salespeople basically trained to be rude? Sometimes it seems like they are primarily haughty know-it-alls trying to pretend that the substandard shoes they sell are far better than they in fact are. I might expect to find snobs at an Allen Edmunds store or the shoe department at Nordstrom, but not at a store where they can't even see fit to carry a dress shoe with a blake stitch construction, to say nothing of something with an actual leather sole. If you carry only modest shoes at best, it might be good to sell them with a modest attitude, instead of arguing with the customer over quality issues.
Best customer service I have had in a long time in Aberdeen SD!! Alison was an exceptional and very knowledgeable sales person. She listened to what we wanted, gave great suggestions and if she wasn’t sure about someothing she asked her manager. My husband and I bought a total of 5 pairs of shoes from her and we will definitely be back.
To start, the service at this store is amazing. The employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They helped me get exactly what I was looking for and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
