The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a train. The conductor is likely drunk or high. Metrolink isn't equipped to handle these problems. I tried to report the issue to 311 and to metrolink and they are absolute failures at life. Nobody will test this guy and if a tragedy happens, it is on their heads. The train pulls up to the station and stops far short of where we are sitting. We get up and start running to the train in full view of the conductor and door man. Within 10 seconds, the train starts moving again. As we are about to enter the door with a baby in a stroller, a toddler, a senior citizen, and myself when they CLOSE THE DOOR ON US. Calling customer service, they inform me that if I want a refund for the $20 we spent on tickets, they won't process it over the phone after they took all of my info already and wasted my time. Instead, I have to go online and fill out another form and send them a picture of our tickets. They should have paid us $300 for the day they wasted of ours, the irate children we had to deal with, and the danger they put us all in with the short stop and the closing of the doors. Guess what the door man said when I asked him "where do we get on?" as the doors were closing on us? He said "take the Amtrac". Guess what? I might never take Metrolink again. The LA City Council will be seeing me at their next public meeting to discuss the issue.

hands down the best airport to travel into and out of! we were lucky to get a bundle deal that took us to NYC from Burbank and it was SUCH A BREEZE to get to new york and even nicer coming back home. no crazy traffic. no crazy noisey cars everywhere. no crazy long freeways to get home. WE LOVE THIS AIRPORT!!!

Very basic Metrolink and Amtrak train station, that is very close to Hollywood Burbank Bob Hope Airport. No services of a train station but just a platform where the trains stop. It is a bit of a walk to/from the airport terminal, especially if you have luggage. You can park at airport parking and take shuttle buses to/from the airport terminal. The airport rental car garage facility is closer to the station than the main airport terminal.

Good train from inside; but there was a 45 minutes delay for refurbishment!

Me and my sister travel upon the surfliner to see our mother in la, we love how were able to see the ocean and what not from the train
