My wife and I are aged. She is a semi invalid. She needed a state I'd. We will soon make our third appearance there to get one, I am eighty three and in bad health. Because of bad customer service given us,she is on her third trip there and me on my sixth as I am trying to get her car transferred to me. Bad assistance and wrong instructions are to blame. Hopefully, we will never need to go there again!!! Thank you.

Brittney was extremely rude. After giving her my information to get my tags I asked how much it would be for new plates, I agreed to the price and aked for then... she actually huffed and sighed..I apologise for the inconveniences. She said she now had to void everything and start over, another lady came out and told Brittney in a joking matter...are you going to be needy today? Brittney replied...I'm not the one being needy. I apologized for not being educated on the way this office works.. I have never had to deal with anyone that rude in my life, she should not be dealing with the public.

Extremely rude. Insisted that Samsung pay doesn't work and then cancelled the transaction when it started to process. Insisted that I use the card. Argued with me despite the fact that I work for the company that processes payments from their terminals!

Horrible customer service, the people that work in here are always angry, and frustrated. They have to be closely related to our friends at the IRS, who display the same behaviors. #ilovemyjobNOT
