I go through about 6am every morning and it always looks closed. Today I stopped 6:03 and they were closed.  Girl at window tells me they aren't open yet.  I ask what time they open she uses her fingers to tell me 6am then motions that they are running late.  This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I've stopped after they were supposed to be open and they were closed.  Maybe try getting responsible people to open in a timely fashion.  Is this how they run a business?

Very bad service. Workers talk about what ever they want when customers inside. I am so tired of getting an original chicken sandwich that was cooked in old grease/oil. It isn't even hot, and when I ask for another one, it's just a dark brown hot one. I work in town and it sucks so bad. Their burgers gave me a stomach ache the last two times I ate there. 

    I had to go to G.R. yesterday and went to BK on 28th st by Eastern and the chicken sandwich was PERFECT! Tan/light brown steamy hot and juicy. So does this place just not care how they serve food and treat people?

Cold food and longest fast food restaurant I've ever been to grands down and they forgot the fry but she did make it a medium for the wait..

At 5:30 pm I went in for dinner, the food was warm and yummy, but what made the whole experience was the gentleman that was cooking. He was so friendly and made sure everything was running smooth. Keep up the good work.

Horrible. Never get anything right. ALL of our food was actually cold when we got it. No line behind us and no hurry inside either. I saw on their board that the number one complaint was cold fries and yet I still get them that way. This isn't the first time either. Burgers just thrown together. Horrible food and service. And these people want $15 and hour???
