Quick order placing, but it took a long time to get food. There were over a dozen people in the lobby, and they did seem to be doing a great job considering how many people were there. I didn't hear complaints about incorrect orders or anything like that. They seemed to do really well with the stress. Only rated 4/5 because I have never been to a more busy/crazy McDonald's. It took over 10 min to get our food (though it was tasty/fresh), but considering the volume of people there (the lobby was completely packed and so was the area by the counter waiting for food), I guess that is to be expected.

Where do I begin with this fail of an establishment. The fries were cold. The only semi room temp ones were down in the bottom where they were probably sitting on a metal rack for 30 min. Definitely old and forgotten about and should have been thrown away instead of pawned off last minute. Sauce on my sandwich was a half circle swipe the size of a nickle and had to take my sandwich apart to find it. Grilled chicken looked and tasted like it was kept warm in its own condensation. The staff wasn't rude, but not exactly welcoming or willing to extend the common courtesy of customer service. I felt like a burden on their day. You would think being in a major stop for travelers in a tourist state you'd consider that you are representing a lot of people and how we conduct ourselves as people here in Michigan. Very disappointing. At least the ice was frozen.

Having a new experience of the check-in Kiosk for your order is awesome I'm glad all the restaurants are doing that there's no more waiting in line for the next McDonald's representative you can walk up and have your order already or you can have it on your phone the minute you walk in the door it can take you or order order off your phone and your food is ready they're right there it's awesome thank you

The restaurant was quite busy. That's fine. It happens.  However, customer service is not in the employees' vocabulary.  
1.  The employee taking my order messed up several parts. 
2. The employees prepping the food were slow and not prepped well. 
3. The employees assembling were not friendly and did not try to help fix the issues the original employee messed up.  Additionally they were rude and snobby.

The woman cleaning the tables was nice and did a great job.

They are horrible.  Just this morning I went there to get some brekfast.  I choose to go to the outer drive thru lane and didn't hear from anybody for 2 minutes.  Cars in the other drive thru lane were flying in and out.  Yes, i had my window down before I got to it so I could hear.  Earlier this year I asked for a plain chicken sandwhich and they gave me 2 buns with no chicken.  Will only be going to the 44th st mcdonalds now.
