Currently at this present time I'm going to give our store 3 out of 5 stars. We are currently working very hard with a fantastic regional director and district manager to bring our store back on track and where it's supposed to be. We are continuing to update our store, it's equipment and staff to better serve our local community and our valued customers. As one of the management team I will continue to strive for the utmost importance of professionalism and customer satisfaction guaranteed. I personally would like to apologize to our community and our upper valley residents both New Hampshire and Vermont for our lack of customer service. Very satisfactory visit in regard to our order in taste and delivery but the tables were discussing. At the end of our meal which was consumed in absolute solitude, a staffer began to very gently wipe selected tables with liquid from a small blue bucket labeled sanitizer. Unfortunately, the caked on grime, aged in the dry recycled air and now taking on a noticable iridescent quality, made the particals of leftover crumbs more obvious to the hungry patrrion. Perhaps a degreaser could be added to the mix. Bring your hunger but have plenty of wet wipes just in case.

Went to west Lebanon nh Burger King for a whopper. There was absolutely no heat on in the resaurant.

Painfully slow. Pleasant enough cashier. And just because the town only requires one waste receptical outside doesn't mean get rid of the rest, I would use them if they were there. So I'll place it on the ground outside of my car in the lot so an employee can pick it up there by keeping their job. Management smarten up!

What is going on over there? I was there last month.. Was only the manager working. Got my food COLD. Went back today 9/16/17 at 12:50 pm. The doors were locked. Only the drive thru was open. 15 cars deep. So we went next door to McDonalds. Lost sales. Update 1/5/18. Went there again today at 8:49 am. Placed is locked up. Burger King Corporate doesn't reply to emails. Do they even care?
