Went in while my car was being inspected next door. Very friendly. Quick and food was good. I had a double bacon cheese burger. Under $3.00.

The closing time is inconsistent. Drove past to see if they were open and the lights were off at eleven even tho it says they close at 12 AM. I went there tonight, lights were on. So I went to the drive-thru. Sat there for a couple minutes and no response. 2 cars in the parking lot tho. I'll just go to 12th street from now on.

Worst customer service ever!!! I order their 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches and a shake, I pull up to the window for them to take my money then pull up to the front and wait 3 minutes while my chicken cooks, ok fair enough I think but then I am sitting in my truck for 8 minutes and they never came. Very upset at this point, I go inside to find my food was still not done but had watched multiple cars leave with their food. The manager on the floor was a very over weight bald guy who didnt give an ounce of care about how long it has been for me to get food on a slow night. When I start talking to him he turns his back and completely ignored me in everyway! They finally after 12 minutes of waiting for my food, they give it to me. They didn't apologize or anything, then get back to my truck to find out they gave me no napkins, no straw for my shake and my shake had completely melted because they left it sitting next to their food warmer! Absolutely disgusted in this location!!! LoSt a long time customer for life!

Ok this one was just bad. Eat at your own risk. The one i used to work for and ultimately why i quit working for them was the blatant lack of general concern for the food safety laws and guidelines put in place by the state if utah, of which includes not washing hands after use of restrooms, use of unsanitary and illegal tools, a general lack of customer appreciation by the general manager. If you see any of the above behavior i highly recommend reporting to your local food safety department because the stuff being done was not ok or even legal.

This is 1 of 3 BK's around me. This one is by far my favorite. I have dined in and use the convenience of the drive through frequently.

I can understand the person over the intercom when they take my order. They repeat my order back to me. Pleasant and friendly employees. Greeted with a smile always. Have always been thanked for choosing BK!  

My favorite is their breakfast croissant sandwich. I wish they would offer it throughout the day.
