This used to be a great restaurant however they have too big of a chip on their shoulders now. Let's put one waiter on three tables with 23 people total without any help refilling drinks or serving the food then blame it on the costumers that as to why the service sucks! There's too many other local restaurants around that do appreciate business! Won't be waiting the long lines here ever again.

I was very disappointed with my experience here, especially since I had heard good things over the years. I forget the exact name of the burger I ordered, it was something like "The BeefEater Burger". It's basically a burger with roast beef and provolone, which sounds great. It wasn't. It didn't taste seasoned as all. I brought it up to the waiter and, while he was nice, he did little to fix the situation. I decided to make the best of it and add a little salt and pepper but it still wasn't good. My daughter ordered Salmon with mac and cheese but it was... off. It tasted very much like vegetables, which doesn't make sense because there were no vegetables in it. The only reason I didn't give it once star was because the appetizer was alright.

This use to be one of my favorite restaurants, until I had the worst service experiences with the hosting employees. We waited 45 minutes and kept getting lied to. They make statements that the entire party must be present to be put on the waiting list.  They lied and said that a group that got to go in front of us had their whole party present. Lies. We all saw it. Horrible service. It's not rocket science running a restaurant. Make good food, and render good pleasant service. They do pretty well on the first key, but have obviously completely ignored the other piece. Those employees should be fired!!!

The food is very average. You pay for better quality than you get. The service was under par and non-professional. Not to mention the majority of the servers looked grungy with wild hair colors. Expected a more professional environment for the price I paid. The wait was over 30 minutes and we were just there for breakfast on a weekday.

Best breakfast anywhere. Make sure you get a wagon wheel cinnamon roll. You can't beat the price and the quality of this place.
