Poor customer service. While cashier personally open small personal creamers and scoop sugar to prepare coffee for customers. There's a line of customers unacknowledged and waiting to order. I suggested to give customer there own condiments on the side and let them make their own coffee. The cashier replied . She makes it for them because the homeless people take more than their share. I suggest, purchase a sugar/creamer dispenser. If you are the cashier and to expedite. You are taking away time from those of us who's not homeless and is trying to get to work . She rolled her eyes and delayed me even longer .

Breakfast or Lunch, every visit was great. The Manager and Employees respect each other and communicate with each other as well. The Food is handled and prepared properly. The Bathrooms are huge and clean.

Pros : •My sandwich was very hot. Cons : •I'm pretty sure there was a dead guy in there. •Everyone kept staring at me. •There was Italian dressing all over my table Overall mediocre experience

Horrible... Inattentive staff, filthy bathrooms and a subtle hint of urine in the dining room. I think the health department should be notified.👎
