I am shocked by all the glowing reviews. Though I was unimpressed by the restaurant's lack of a comfortable or pleasing ambiance, I was willing to overlook it, and enjoy my meal with a group of friends. In fact the ambiance lowered my expectations. My low expectations were not low enough. The server did not know the ingredients in the dish I ordered. She was asked by someone else at the table if there was asparagus in the dish, the server replied that it was not, and when the meal arrived the ingredient was clearly evident. That was just one small issue with the service. Though the server was lovely and personable, she just didn't seem that interested in what she was doing. It took so much time between interactions, and being served. Bead was not offered, and then when it was requested, the amount provided was obviously not enough for the eight people in our party. Considering how many people were in the restaurant, our one party was not an overwhelming task. When food was served, the servers and runners never once knew who was getting what, a cardinal sin for table service, sometimes just putting food down in front of the wrong person without even listening to our protestations. I cannot speak about anyone else's dishes specifically, though comments were mostly unhappy with the majority of the meal. My seafood and saffron risotto, described as pasta and rice by the server (though I assumed she just misspoke since risotto is just rice) was bland and pooling in oil. I asked for both freshly grated cheese, and ground pepper when offered, yet the server never returned with either. smh. I am amazed this place survives. Lazy lazy service, with food too expensive for it's value or quality.

Great place to eat if they have Chef Milano there !  I ask for him before I eat there.....so i know I will have a great meal .  The food he creates will make you go back for more.  Great atmosphere and drinks also.  The staff....take good care of you.  1st time i have given an eatery....5 stars !  No Chef Milano.........3 stars......Gets packed at 6pm......I want to hire him for my private parties........be back on Monday.....

I ate at Couco Pazzo last Friday evening for the first time. They have the best Italian food I've had in South Florida. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I'm looking forward to going again soon!
