Supose to be open 24 hours but 12:30 and get told we are closed. I drive by the window 4 people just standing around talking. Worst service ever

Ordered chicken fries through drive through. Asked what sauces they had, then asked for sweet and sour and ranch. They gave me three barbeques. Went in to exchange them, gave them back all three barbeques and she gave me one ranch and one sweet and sour. Overall food quality is good, however.

Silly me, I actually went there three times!!! Yuck! And ugh!! Horrible service!! And poor food quality. Last time I went through drive through- cashier handed me an order that did not look like mine. I let her know and she replies, " we were out of the drink you wanted".  And  I was also told : No, you cant have grape jelly cause Im too busy to go get it". " truck is here". I called and spoke to a manager( supposedly). She acted unconcerned over it. Unbelievable! ////////Place is now under new management and much better over all!!!

I gave the star only to rate... Big thumbs down!!!  Charged my debit card 3 times in 1 minute. They are not even trying to give me my money back. Even corporate won't  help. Pathetic!!!  Worst BK ever.... 👎
